I'm an old school professional cook and I've always eschewed the "non stick" cookware because, frankly, back in the day, they were pretty much garbage (and some were even dangerous). But I finally broke down (my wife could've worked for the KGB) and bought a few pans. Excellent craftsmanship, super sturdy, the handles (which are bare so they CAN go in the oven) don't get hot and the cooking experience is fantastic. They are the first pans I've used that are perfectly flat bottomed and heat evenly on our (pretty yet very annoying) glass electric stove top. And they are super easy to clean (by hand, no dishwasher for these). We have three now and nest them with a dedicated fresh dish clothe between each one, for added protection. All-Clad is the way to go.

Bought this as I had one of the smaller pan from this set from 2014-2024 (still have it) and it's fantastic. I replaced 2x calphalon pans of medium ish sizes to get this set and kept the old smaller pan of the same brand so I have 2x 8" and 1x 10".The new smaller size pan is noticeably different in sheen vs the 10 year old one. But practically speaking the old one (purchased 2014) works nearly if not as good as the new one (purchased 2024) and the new ones are still fantastic. They heat evenly and can take a decent temperature for searing and frying. I appreciate the medium weight and how easy they are to wipe clean with a little soap and minimal scrub.That being said the old one has been well treated with minimal metal utensils in my kitchen to enforce good practices.If I used it more I'd replace my giant pan with this same line, and might look at replacing my pots with this or a similar line this year.Can't go wrong with this set, just treat it well. I would like a lid for them, but that's a small issue for specific recipes and I can get by with lids I had for similar size pots/pans.

These frying pans are heavy duty and brown meats easily. They wash extremely easily. Eggs slide right out with NO residue in the pan.

I received the product t yesterday. I used it today and found it truly non-stick and awesome. Will let you know after a month how it goes. However, it says glass lids but I did not recei e the glass lids.

I got this pan set a few months ago for a screaming Black Friday deal, and they're my favorite pans I've owned thus far. Two classic sizes, one great for solo cooking and the other for two. Good heat distribution, and eggs slide right off with barely any oil. Super easy to clean. Surface holding up well with wooden/bamboo and plastic implements. I love the weight, just enough to sit well on the stove and be taken seriously without straining my wrists. The weight of the pan itself balances nicely with the weight of the handle, no teeter tottering. The sturdy handle attachment design makes me doubt that there will ever be an undesirable angle in this equation. Great value for the price, I'll be hard-pressed to buy anything else.

These are really great frying pans. They’re solid. And the sides are deep so you can swirl stuff around or flip it without a problem.
