Enjoying it!
Nice amount of information in a small book!

For professionals
This book is well organised. Generally speaking it was written from a professional to other professionals. Explaining various exercise versions in all planes of motion. Just one small warning: this is not a presentation of countless equipment used in strength programming. It is all about the movement and that makes this book worth familiarize with.

Probably best to look elsewhere.
I liked the ambitious scope of this book. Unfortunately however it wasn't pulled off. The book is disjointed and repetitive. It contains a broad range of exercises, but most of the unique content is content other books rule out (such as balancing weights above the head and balancing on medicine balls).I feel with some good structure and editing it could be a great book. It's just not there yet.

I'm a new personal trainer and this book is giving me a lot of great information. I'm glad I have it in my little home library.

If you personally know him you understand better what I am talking about
Guido is a Bible himself, for what he knows, what he does, how he does it and for his passion and attention for every detail. If you personally know him you understand better what I am talking about...Thanks Guido!

Missing information
Confusing. Good for learning individual exercises, but the programs are lacking. The programs speak about changing the exercise “pairs” and “groups.” But no pairs and groups are designated! Are these “pairs” supposed to be done as straight sets or back to to back? And what are they? Save your money.

Worth a buy
Excellent training guide with endless ideas to make workouts more interesting. What I like the most is how many modalities (sandbag, kettle bells, free weights, exercise bands) are presented.

Great Choice for Options!
Great book, as a PT I'm always looking for options for clients and bootcamps. This is the one with a lot of great options and alternatives to weights and gyms!

Comunque un must have ....
