Q: Does human hair wrap around the roller like on our Shark and hard to get out?

Hi, yes it does wrap around the brush but as the brush is easily removed and replaced I don’t find it a problem. I remove the brush, cut the hair with scissors, pull the hair off the brush and replace the brush. I am an older user who has shoulder issues and find this vacuum very light and easy to use.

That really shouldn't happen. Make sure nothing is stopping the bin completely closing then contact whoever you bought it from as it sounds faulty to me.
