I have several Arduino clones and this one was one of the easiest to set up since it was recognized by the IDE right away. has handled everything I've thrown at it so far. great build quality.

Unlike RPis, you can pretty much source Arduinos from anywhere. The DIYmall U R3 Development Board ATmega328P Microcontroller is no exception, in that regard. I'd pretty much switched to 32U4 boards, but those are more expensive - though more capable. While the 328P isn't as nice, it's still plenty for most of my smaller projects. The main thing I cared about was having the device visible from the Arduino IDE, and it is. I was able to use it with almost all of my projects without changes. Recommended

I've gotten back into electronics recently, after many years, and Arduino is one of the devices I've really taken a liking too. It's so versatile, there are so many things you can do with it. So far this version performs as it should, no complaints. As I mess with it more I will update this if anything changes.I don't know the price as I write this, so I can't say how good a value it is, but I am real happy with it. Well made and works as it should. What more can you ask for?

If you are looking for an additional Arduino board or already have the accessories you need to do anything with the Arduino board and just need the board, this would be a good item to purchase. I comes with an Arduino compatible board and includes a cord for plugging the board into a usb port.
