A very good quality product that was easy to fit and worked well.

The previous privacy lock on the bathroom door required some strength and dexterity to turn and was concerned elderly members of the family would be unable to open and become trapped. This handle fixed this as turning the lock does not seem to require any force (no spring being loaded). My family has noted that the handle "looks the part". Not cheap though.

The lock knob is too small but over all it is okay.

I love these handles in the sense they look good, are easy to fit and easy to operate but the locking mechanism on the bathroom door keeps sticking and keeps feeling like it's going to fail. I returned the first one as it was really difficult but even the newer one isn't great and you have to jiggle the handle before it will lock.I've got other ones with a key and they feel so much more solid when locking and unlocking, the issue seems to be with this version

The hole diameter is non standard. Bosch sell a 54mm hole saw.That said, they look expensive, fit beautifully, work well and I bought more.Would recommend.
