Where is this bulb made? Looking at reliability assume made in China?

I have not had these lamps long enough to comment on reliability. Osram is well-known brand but your question has prompted me to check. The listed Manufacturer for these lamps as detailed on Sales page is "LEDVANCE". This company was created by OSRAM when they sold off particular company operations. "LEDVANCE" are a German company, as are OSRAM, but since the split off are now largely owned by a Chinese company. The information can be found on Wikipedia if you interested. I have not retained bulb packaging so cannot confirm actual country of manufacture.
