I got the 3pack resistance bands and it comes with a carrying case. These bands are made of some polyster or cotton stretchy material and its built to stay tough meaning no chance of you even breaking them. They come in three pastel flavors, green-the low resistance, pink-medium resistance, and purple-high resistance. They are great for core exercises and leg exercises. The inside part of the band has these rubberized sticky traction grids that help make sure the band stays in place during your set. The whole set is a great deal for anyone looking to utilized these bands in their daily workout.

I really like this hip resistance band. The exercises are very easy and straight forward. Adding the band to my squats intensifies the exercise and I can feel my muscles fatiguing more quickly than without the band.I love the width of the strap-it stays in place and is comfortable around my legs. It’s thick and soft so it doesn’t cause any irritation or annoyance during use. I am able to concentrate on doing the exercises properly and not even worry about the band.If you’re looking for a band to add some resistance, I recommend it!

It didn’t flip, fall, or crease at all the wrong times like many I’ve had before. It feels super heavy duty so I’m not worried about it breaking either. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to intensify any workouts!
