Love the Croatian - Adriatic -Mediterranean flavors. I've made quite a few recipes, adapted a few and my non-vegan friends are in awe. Love it. The moussaka is now a very frequent item on our table. I have non-vegan friends asking for trays of it to take home!

Great book for Vegans and non-vegans. Pleasure to look at, but great recipes and ideas too.

The media could not be loaded.  Pictures for every recipe. I just got it so have not cooked any yet. I think it is a very lovely book

Excellent book, great creative recipes beautiful pictures. Absolutely fabulous! Couldnt be happier with the purchase. Recipes were all mouth watering.

The layout of the book is lovely. Everything is set out beautifully but the recipes are nothing particularly special. It's ok as a book but I can find these recipes elsewhere. The other books by this author are more unique and it was a bit disappointing that this one was not quite as good. A nice book for the book shelf but nothing really different.

Expected a few more basic foundation recipes in view of the title, but the recipes in this book are simple and easy, and I like the meals I've made from it so far. Earns it's place in my kitchen.

Borrowed this from the library and soon realised I needed to own an actual copy myself - really inventive stuff going on here. The Mung Bean Mustard & Spinach bake is a real keeper.

Excellent book with excellent recipes and proper measurements. Had previously borrowed from the library - renewed multiple times - prior to purchase. Would recommend to anyone.
