Update 4/7/2025: I don't take this every morning nor everyday. Just started out taking in the morning. I've noticed when I have low B-P (usually happens within an hour or less after eating) this helps raise it up. Low B-P makes me feel sleepy and awful. It upped my numbers 10 points each time I've tried when B-P was low. I was able to go out when I thought I was going to have to cancel my plans this last Saturday. 3/18/2025 Original Review: For all those struggling with the packaging. Simply fold in half along the perforation length-wise. Slip your nail under the foil in the middle and pull from the middle inside towards the outer left or right side edge. I have had no troubles opening this way and I'm a 100 lbs, with little strength. No need for scissors or anything else to get pills out. I have taken on an empty stomach in the morning with coffee. No stomach upset. I typically struggle with constipation in general. These help me go to the bathroom within 20 min of taking. Despite being a round tablet, they aren't hard to swallow. I am hoping it will bring back my appetite, stop me from feeling lethargic and without energy. A lack of iron can cause loss of interest in intimacy and breathing issues, feeling like you're not getting enough oxygen/air. Hair Loss as well. I suffer from all of these. I don't know if this will help as of yet, but it doesn't upset my stomach nor constipate me. Hooray! Also, Fumarate is found in nature and is a metabolite, meaning you can metabolize it better than any other form. It has the highest amount of Elemental Iron at 33% vs. other versions such as Ferrous Sulfate or sulfuric acid which is corrosive and Elemental Iron is only 20% and Gluconate form Elemental Iron is 12% per article online from Medical News Today.

Now these are great!! They do not upset the stomach , seem to be doing its job, and the constipation associated with iron pills isn’t so bad, manageable. But the best is no stomach irritation- great

Has worked for me. The box comes a little smashed most of the time but the pills are fine in their blister packaging.

This iron supplement is the best for low iron. I had an oncologist recommend specifically and said with the other OTC brands you will only get minimal absorption. I can tell when I start taking this that my energy improves and I don't feel sluggish anymore. I have been using this for years and continue to by this product and the quantity for the price is very economical. I would highly recommend it.
