Just wow!
Pan is perfect! Just be sure you know how to use stainless steel or you’ll end up looking like a fool when you leave a review. Works on induction perfect. Love the tall sides. No need to season it. Works perfect like any stainless pan does. Light weight compared to my all-clad but impressive for the price. Arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!!

Great for Induction
Great small pan for induction cooktop. Perfect size to complete a set. Cleans up nicely.

Great pan but only 4 stars
I love Duxtop cookware and have a half dozen pieces I use on their induction burner. This pan as usual is of exceptional quality which I've come to expect but the star deduction is because it is not a stir fry pan. It is a sauté pan with rounded sides and squared off at the bottom.I'm going to keep it because it's a great plan and I will use it for sir frys. When I look at what's available in SS stir fry pans on Amazon for more money or the carbon steel ones, this pan will do the job nicely.

Nice stainless steel buy.
I got the one that is 8 inches. The heat distribution is great, it's very easy to clean (they also provide you with instructions on how to avoid stains). The overall quality of the product is great for the price! I am an AllClad user and while I would not say that it's just like AllClad because they're heavy in weight. This Duxtop is pretty high quality for the price it's charging. Yes, I would recommend and buy again. Also, it was shipped the next day so that was a plus! Here's a tip for the makers: If you could please make the edges of the pan more smooth because I feel like I will have to be careful while washing to avoid any cuts, although it's not very sharp and does great already. Thank you!

Good mix of features, aesthetically pleasing
Just got this, so I can't speak to its durability...but it's surprisingly hefty so it's looking good. You don't buy stainless steel because it's easy to clean--you buy it because it's more durable and versatile than Teflon. You might get eggs stuck to the bottom, but you can clean those off with steel wool and still use the pan for years.Heat distribution seems even for a counter top induction plate. Also, I like the somewhat bowl-like shape for flipping things like omelets (WIP).Finally, it just looks good.

The eggs STUCK.
This is a beautiful metal pan. I was hoping that it would be a great egg frying pan for me. I will read again the NUMEROUS instructions that came with it. I really hope to master egg cooking with it.

Excellent cookware
I had not had stainless steel cookware before. I used no stick pots and pans and then wanted to get away from the chemicals in the no-stick finish. I purchased this piece, and it’s wonderful. It’s heavy, has a sturdy handle that stays cool, and washes easily. I seasoned it with oil, and heat the pan before putting food in, and it cooks quickly, and is easy to clean. I’m so happy with the difference, I bought other pieces of this same brand.

I sent it back
It failed in a few categories for me. First impression was that this is a ‘light’ pan. The moment I picked up the package it was in I noticed that. After opening it up and reading the literature that came with it, I immediately thought I should just get a return going and move on. Why? Well, in the literature it said that you need to season it. Okay, no biggie. But wait, they went on to say that if you ever wash it with soap and water, you need to re-season it? BIG RED FLASHING LIGHT. Still, I’m a fan of Amazon and decided I needed to at least try it out before returning it. Maybe the literature was composed by a moron? So, I seasoned it according to their instructions. After the seasoned pan cooled and reached room temperature, I tried making a sunny side up egg in it as that is one of the primary/regular things I do with an eight inch skillet on my induction cooktop. In doing so I discovered two more issues. I already owned 3 eight inch skillets, but only one of them was an induction ready skillet. I also own two universal lids and they worked on all three of those other pans. Guess what? Yeah, the handle on this new skillet was angled too high to accommodate either of my universal lids. On top of that, this skillet did not have enough aluminum in the base to spread out the induction heating uniformly and so the egg whites had a myriad of little holes in them. My recommendation: spend more and get a better skillet for induction use.

This is a superior frying pan, which can be used easily as a saute pan.
Follow instruction - never overheat!!!Superior frying pan, which can be used easily as a saute pan. Aluminium in the bottom is located inside as an internal layer.I do enjoy the cooking with this pan a lot. I do recommend it. Very comfortable for men and women. The size is just perfect. A hand is always cold. When I received it, I had just washed it without seasoning as an instruction says and started to fry a chicken chest. The result you can see. No sticking. At this price - just a found.NB! Sometimes I read that people see a crooked bottom in pans. I decided to figure out the reason. I took 3 different frying pans - Lagostina, Calpholine and Duxtop pans and one Paderno 4 L pot to make an experiment. The investigation of the bottoms shows that all bottoms are lifted in the center as you can see in the picture. It looks like there is no difference between different brands at all. What do You think about it?Why is it special? There is one more thing! About safety - I don't recommend cooking with the so-called "Tri-Ply Clad construction 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium core". The reason is that due to the construction, the aluminium appears to be open on the top of the edge and in time it is to be delivered right to the food and then to the brain with a bloodstream. After being delivered to the brain the aluminium becomes dangerous to mental health because it causes Alzheimer's disease or severe memory loss. Taking into account what I said, the edge of the skillets and pans must be closed for aluminium or bent at the edge. For this reason, the construction of DUXTOP is 100% safe and has to be the most popular as well as more expensive in comparison with Tri-Ply Clad construction 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium core with no bent edge.RESUME."Impact Bonding" technology is a MUCH MORE advanced AND SAFE FOR HEALTH method to apply aluminium disc to the bottom! It is obvious, that iron cast pans have no this problem at all.Thank you for understanding my scientific point of view.

Left with marks at first use and Everything sticks.
It looked exactly what I wanted, shape, size handle, weight and steel. However when I cooked in it first time (mushrooms) it left white marks all over. These marks have discoloured the frying pan like "oxidised" and looks like mould. They do not come off.The pan was washed thoroughly before cooking.Additionally, even with lots of oil and low temperature every thing sticks to it insanely! The surface is smooth except for the marks, so food is not sticking because of residue, there appears to be something wrong with the metal. I have other stainless steel saucepans that don't have this problem at all.Would not recommend.
