Made to last
I always need a 14 inch Fanny pack. This brand works well for me.

My third Everest bag purchase and probably not my last. Good stuff!
Have these Everest bags in this Large size to wear slung over my shoulder and the smaller ones for around my waist. Simple and durable with just the right design and number of compartments and big enough to hold my phone in the outermost compartment, away from my body.

Holds a lot
sturdy bag. I do overnight and weekend hiking camping trips on the Appalachian Trail. Using this as a front access pack is super handy to me. Then I don't have to take off my main pack to access things like snacks, phone, gps, etc. Great storage with multiple pockets and even a key ring latch. So far have done a few hikes and seems durable. Only two minor issues I've had: 1) the strap adjustment is closed loop. Kinda wonky and required me to use some duct tape to manage the excess. Did not effect the overall fit. 2) the zipper pulls are jangly noisy. I like silent walking so I cut the pulls off and replaced with cord. Overall really like and would highly recommend.

Huge waistband up to 75 to 80 inches or more
This belt bag has a huge waistband on it Iām talking about at least 75 inches to 80 inches or more I am a plus size person and all my weight is in my lower abdomen Iām getting ready to start a new job and I need it what it is Billy bags however I couldnāt find one that would fit me. I have at least a 65 inch waist. This one said it just went to roughly 60 I believe when I ordered it Iām here to tell you thatās way wrong this thing is huge I had to actually take it up by almost 20 inches just to get it to fit me so that means it would have at least a 75 to 85 inch waist without any extinctions which Iām gonna have to Now asked to send back because I donāt need them I wish that the manufacturer had gotten an actual measurements it wouldāve save me a lot of trouble in the end but anyway Iām just glad to sign one

This was great, but also ended up being an issue since ...
The bag itself arrived quickly and as described. The pockets and available area was well able to carry a large purse full of supplies. This was great, but also ended up being an issue since I had planned to use it when I was hiking. It ended up being bigger than I needed, and was bulky, making it hard to hike/jog with. I was also unable to get it to secure closely to my waist, which left it bouncing around more when I moved. I read a review where someone was complaining about the zippers being bulky and noisy, but I just thought they were high quality and made to fit the larger, sturdier compartments that are part of the bag. Depending on it's purpose I highly recommend, but if using when you will be moving a lot, a smaller bag would probably work better.

Good quality, does the job
This waist pack has a good capacity -- I was able to fit in a relatively large all-in-one camera with a protruding lens (Samsung EX2F) and other stuff, including batteries, small snacks, and wallet and documents (foreign travel). The waist band was secure -- it did not backslide (increase the diameter) over time, and I never felt like it was going to slip off. I wore it for a total of about 8 hours over a few days vacation in city and forest.UPDATE 8/2017 I continued to used this for a few hundred hours of travel, and it held up well. However, after 3.5 years, the interior lining began to flake, understandable given the age and the amount and conditions of use. So I bought a another one earlier this year. Unfortunately, I discovered a defect on first use, four months after purchase. However, the supplier (Ktopdeal) resolved the issue, so they now get five stars for customer service as well as the product itself.

Huge, inaccurate description
The Style is #044XLD; I assume the X implies extra, the L implies large and the D implies Deep...in short both extra large and extra deep. It is huge.If you measure the back of this pack from the (back) zipper to the bottom of the pack it is 8 inches. It is well made, has huge compartments, provides a plastic boat (quick release) clip with a stainless steel ring for keys. The strap is 1-1/4" wide. Unlike some straps, the termination at the belt buckle has the end sewn-hemmed, preventing a loose strap from slipping through the tension buckle and becoming separated. The tension buckle used for adjusting strap length appears to be excellent at restricting movement. The zippers are solid metal with 1-3/4" long tabs. There are three zippers on the top as shown; two in front and one at the back. When the top is flattened (similar to pack being filled completely) it is 5" at the widest point. As advertised, it is 16.5" from the edge of the straps (where sewn in) to the pack portion.Based on a phone call to Everest, all of their Adult fanny packs have maximum strap length of 42". Thus, I like their length for shoulder carry, vice waist use.

Sturdy + good price but the model size was wrong (044MD, not 044XLD) + so the size is too small
Bought blue pack from this page, however, the style/model that came was 044MD-NY, and not, as advertised, 044XLD-NY (which is on sale as Everest 044XLD Extra Large Fanny Pack here: https://www.amazon.com/everest-044XLD-Extra-Large-Fanny/dp/B01LZJA8OZ), and thus the width size is too small 13.5'' versus 16.5'')Everest bag lists the 044MD on their site as 13.5 x 5.5 x 3.5'' and the 044XLD as 16.5 x 6.5 x 4'' and we received the 044MD, and am returning it and intend the purchase the Everest 044XLD Extra Large on Amazon.Thank God and Amazon I can.

Fits iPad Mini. Exactly what I was looking for.
This thing is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something smaller than a messenger bag that could be used to carry the daily essentials, plus an iPad mini if I wanted to go somewhere to read, or just carry it securely. The main pocket fits my iPad mini, a charging cable and battery pack, headphones, keys. The front pocket holds my phone (iPhone 6+). The secret pocket in the back holds my wallet, although it is hard to access when the pack is this full. I'm 6'6'' so this bag doesn't look odd on me, but it is quite monstrous and would look really big on most people.

Will test to see how long they last
It takes a real battering when biking / hunting or rock climbing - will see how long it holds out compared to other brand names.

This a big bag! It will take a telephoto lens or anything else you like! The Zip handles are metal and seem to be industrial strength. Definitely one of my better buys. I expect to get a lot of service out of it.
