CTA Tools 4031M Heavy Duty Lock Ring Tool Master Kit

The tool is VERY sturdy. However, the 2.5mm attachments broke while removing a the c-clips lower control arm ball joint. I had to use a drill to enlarge the holes on the c-clip to use the 3mm attachments.

In less than a minute I installed a ring that I had struggled with for hours and destroyed two snap ring pliers. Great tool. Expensive but worth it.

Had a pretty massive snap ring that these took off just fine. Didn’t bother with my regular sets.

Designed for large snap rings, have used it once so far. Works good, a must for larger snap rings.

This tool works great for large/rusty orings. the amount of leverage the thumbwheel creates is remarkable. in my case i did not even have to use a ratchet on the end of it.

This tool is the best lock ring removal and install tool money can buy. It effortlessly removed and installed a 3-1/2" diameter lock ring with no problem. You can not go wrong with this tool.

Very good product.Made the job a lot safer..Would recommend this product,I used it to get big c rings out, I took out one with a 6 in diameter out safely.And I was very happy.
