The media could not be loaded.  I bought it thinking it would be sturdy and strong. But unfortunately, The product was defective and I noticed this at the airport while putting the luggage at the check-in counter. The sewing is not proper. It is under the plastic cover and at first glance, you do not notice this since it is covered. The chain is not properly sewn in two places(See the picture). I had to put the bag into an extra plastic cover. I cannot return it since I have traveled abroad. Since I have noticed it now I cannot use it any further because the stuff will come out eventually from the bag. I was lucky that nothing came out during my travel. Do not take your customer for granted by selling defective products since it is difficult to spot them at first look.

I just got this trolley yesterday and i was packing to go back home and this happened. The inner zipper got broke and now i don’t even have time to return this because i have to catch my flight. I trusted the company but this product is really not worth it. It’s such a cheap product. Bhaii chalane ka mauka tak nahi mila pehle hi zipper bigar gya .
