So I was very skeptical before purchasing this tool only because I've never used a cordless impact tool before. I did read the reviews and still, even when I bought it, I thought I would probably be disappointed. I was looking for something like this because I was going to need to remove all 4 tires on my wife's car to put on some new calipers and I just wanted to save time messing with the lugs if at all possible. So when the tool arrived and I saw how small and light it was, well, again I did not hold out a lot of hope that it would work. So I pulled her car out of the garage and found the correct socket. The tool comes in a case with a battery and charger, it has a belt clip that you can add if you like and also comes with 4 standard size sockets. I put on my extension and boy was I so very pleasantly surprised. It spun all 5 lugs without any issue at all! Now this is a pretty new car and these tires had never been off before so this was the factory torque on these tires. It was so fast and so easy, I was blown away. I took all 4 tires off, there was only one lug that the tool struggled with, I am not sure if that was the way I was using the tool or what but it did eventually get that lug off. When it was time to put the lugs back on, I used the tool to put them on and because I wanted to be sure, I got my 4-way out and started trying to tighten the lugs and I could not move them. This impact tool did the job both on and off. Considering how light it is, again, I was very surprised. I cannot speak to how long this tool will last, but I am not someone that takes tires on and off very often so this thing performed perfectly for what I needed it for. For me, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it for light use, its body is plastic and I would bet that its not suited for an every day all day garage application but for someone that needs something like this periodically, I think this fits that bill. Again, very surprised and very happy with this purchase.

Purchased to store in my travel trailer to raise and lower the new C jacks I installed. Works perfectly for that purpose as it is relatively light weight and has plenty of power. I have also used it in a few tire/wheel changes and had no issues. The handle design is fairly narrow making this tool great for a person with small hands. The battery life has been excellent with the Sony 18650 batteries inside the battery pack being a big plus. Only issue I've had is the battery life indicator did not work out of the box but this is inconsequential to me. I’m a well experience aircraft engine mechanic, as well as a technician maintaining power utility companies’ large gas powerplants. We used many varieties of power tools, including brand name cordless impact wrenches. I also like working on my own cars and was looking for an economical, but functional cordless impact wrench. I searched the Amazon website and came across this ENEACRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench. However, although I’m an experienced mechanic, I’ve never heard about this brand name before and, of course, I was skeptical about its description.After doing a search and comparing a bunch of these impact wrenches, I decided to purchase this one from ENEACRO. I received it yesterday, read the instructions to ensure I gave it an honest try and charged the battery. I own a 2013 Mazda CX-9 SUV (I take care of it and still looks great) and it needed tire rotation, so I figured this would be a perfect setting to take this tool for a spin.This morning, I jacked up the left side of the SUV off the floor and used the ENEACRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench to remove the lugs nuts from front and real tires. As I mentioned previously, I was skeptical, not just because many tool companies tend to exaggerate the capability of their tools, but also because when I first saw the wrench, it appeared kind of small compared to the ones I’ve used before. However, I was impressed…this tool got all 10 lug nuts loose without any issue. I tried the same process on the right side of the SUV and again, no issues. I even torqued the nuts to spec and use the impact wrench to loosen a few of them to make sure the tool’s force was for real. No issues, it loosened every nut just as before.Of course, the other aspect of any product, as well as a review of that product, is its longevity. I can’t attest to the ENEACRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench longevity because, as I said previously, I just received it. However, this impact wrench appears to be well built and I expect it to last. If I encounter any issues within a few weeks, months or even a years, I will sure come back and edit this review accordingly. EneAcro does include a 24 months warranty policy with the tool. It basically states that if you have an issue with the ENEACRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench, to email them and provide your Amazon’s order information. Anyway, so far, I’m impress…this tool works as described. I recommend it.7/12/2021: An update. The impact wrench continues to work well, no issues there. However, I removed one star from the review because it appears ENEACRO is not making making replacement batteries for this impact wrench...at least not the 4.0 Ah one. That doesn't say much for the company and perhaps future support. Anyway, for those looking for a replacement battery, you can purchase a KIMO 20V Max Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery 4.0 Ah. I purchased one and so far has worked well with the impact wrench, as well as the ENEACRO charger.
