Nice canning kit
I liked all of the pieces shown. It is easy to use. It seems sturdy enough for my canning projects. The size measurements are accurate. I can store it easily. Good product.

To can or not to can…easy decision!
Slowly tilting the boiled jars with the tongs helped save my hand from getting burned. The funnel is the perfect size for the big mouth jars, and the “decrease bubbler” stick is an added bonus!!!

I am just starting with canning and didn’t want to purchase a whole kit because I didn’t have faith in the quality of the stock pot so I purchased separately. Ball is seriously a brand you can count on. Good quality with a fair price and just what I needed.

The items are much needed for canning
Thank goodness for the bent tongs for lifting jars out of pressure cookers and water canning. It made it so much easier, and no burned fingers. The funnel is perfect for jars from 1/2 pts, to quart jars. The stick is used to get out air bubbles, but I have always used a knife for that purpose. I made some great jams this year.

Excellent Canning Set
I love this set. Especially the funnel. I use it all the time (in the kitchen). It is so handy, I never realized how nice it was to have a funnel that is just the right size for almost everything. It prevents a lot of messes, too.
