Great product! Very high quality and its amazing. I work at home and find myself sitting in front of my computer for long periods at a time so this cushion has done wonders for me. The customer service is also 5 star. The pump it came with was broken- probably during the shipping process- and I emailed them. Actually I received an email from the seller as soon as I received it ensuring that I was satisfied with their product so I emailed back about the pump and within 10 minutes I was sent a coupon code. It works great except for one thing -- the "stopper" to the air inflator access tends to pull out and the cushion has to be re-inflated. This valve has to be re-designed to prevent the problem. The cushion is very comfortable. Also, a spare inflator pump would help, even if cost is a little higher.

I received this donut 7/30/2019. I started using it that same day. I found it helpful —BUT— on 8/31/2019 it deflated and would not stay inflated. There are no visible leaks in the seams or inflation valve. I bought this donut in spite of other review comments reporting the same problem. My mistake. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing this item look for another manufacturer/seller.There were suggestions, in the use instructions, indicating the donut may leak at the seams if the user sits down hard on the donut. I was very careful to sit very slowly and lightly. I also inflated it to about 50% of what I judged would be fully inflated(reduce the stress in the donut). Obviously some part of the donut failed. One day beyond the return date limit.

Had a fall from a ladder and fractured my tailbone!!! Needed this item for my 1hr commute to and from work!!! When this says it’s premium it’s more than that, compared to the crap they sell at cvs and Walgreens this is 100 times better!!! And with the low price you really can go wrong. Just make sure you follow the instructions when airing up!!! It doesn’t have to be full to the max!!! Just enough for you to get the support you need!!! Example if u fill it up and can’t fold the donut in half u put too much air!!!

I purchased this donut cushion for my 13 year old daughter. She had taken a fall and hurt her tailbone. We thought this would be a good way to relieve some of that pain. The donut itself seemed to be of good quality. It shipped/arrived quickly. It was easy to inflate. Unfortunately it did not provide the relief we were seeking so I ended up sending it back. I am not sure what could have made this work for her, and don't necessarily blame the donut. It may be great for someone else!

We needed this quickly and Amazon delivered. It was ordered on Saturday evening and arrived Monday afternoon. The cloth cover is comfortable, although we still drape a towel over it. The hand pump is a definite plus; you inflate the cushion in a few seconds with no struggle. It's easy to adjust the amount of support you need. I haven't tried to wash it yet so I can't comment on that. One tip I would offer -- if you are going to be using it away from home, take the pump with you. The cushion doesn't leak at all but I did manage to knock the plug loose once as I moved it from place to place. Having the pump right there was a definite plus.

I’ve been in a LOT of back and hip pain this past year and was quiet anxious about a couple of long flights and drives this summer — this inflatable donut pillow was GREAT in all ways except one: it deflated frequently (I tried not to over-inflate).I’m in between trips and will attempt to find the leak by submerging it in water and using some duct tape. While it’s cheap enough to buy another, I feel strongly about that we don’t need more waste in the world — I’d rather pay a spec more for a higher quality product.

I have bought this item four times over the last year due to a tailbone injury. The first one still works. The 2nd one I bought to have at my office and it broke after 3 months. I thought maybe this was a fluke. I bought it a 3rd time, and it broke after two sittings, I bought it a 4th time, and it broke after one sitting. I tried to return it but due to a death in the family suddenly and being outside the one month window I was not able to.It sounds like something changed in the manufacturing but this product is terrible now.
