She's amazing. Love her voice. But it was a lot of hard work on her part. She worked to also take care of her family. They depended on her!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book about my childhood idol, Brenda Lee. The fact that she is not only a huge talent but a decent, down to earth person, really comes across in the book. I enjoyed learning about her early life and details about her long career.Reading this book was like a walk down memory lane. She not only mentions her hits, but the hits of other artists of the day. It brought back so many wonderful memories.Even though two other people helped her write her autobiography, Brenda Lee's "voice" shines throughout. I highly recommend this book to Brenda Lee fans and anyone who is interested in autobiographies, music and music history.

This autobiography is excellent! Here is a woman who spent essentially her whole life in show business--the music business at that--and never became addicted to alcohol or drugs--or diva behavior. Little Brenda Lee had the support of a caring family, and a manager who made sure she walked a straight line while touring the world as a youngster. She has done country, pop, blues, and just about any other genre you can think of, thanks to her amazing voice. Her life makes for a very interesting book, no matter what your musical preferences.

I thought it was well written and Brenda has a great feel for what to say. She seems like the great person that the press says she is. I liked it

A wonderful book to read if you are a Brenda Lee fan. She tells her story from the start of her career to the present without badmouthing any one along the way. She has, like most stars, had lots of ups and downs in her life and is still married to her first husband. She is a remarkable person.

This book was a really good one if you love Brenda Lee, which I do. She is a wonderful entertainer and I loved listening to her in high school and now, 50 yrs. later, I still love her. This book is a quick read and very well written by Ms. Lee.

I grew up in the 50's as a Brenda Lee fan from viewing her appearances on American Bandstand to the Ed Sullivan show. I am currently readingLittle Miss Dynamite and learning of her experiences as a child star and all that it entails.

I WAS A FAN OF THE MUSIC OF THE 60'S SO ITS EASY TO ENJOY. WELL WRITTEN AND MOVE ALONG NICELY

This was a very well written book. Brenda has no edge to her and has conducted her life really well. She had a very difficult childhood when her Father died and she literally became the breadwinner to support her family. She just got on with things and has had a brilliant career.

A good and interesting read about a great artist I thoroughly enjoyed it, the book arrived on time it was packed well and in the good condition they stated in the advert for it I am well pleased with my purchase as it was a good price.I am looking for another artists bio so will go back on the site and see if they have a copy.

Great buy and bought for a £1 plus postage so cost next to nothing. ordered for my father-in-law who said it was a great read.

My Husband loves Brenda Lee, so he thinks anything she does is A1 so he was pleased with it !
