Setup Any Race Car To Win: Do the work off the track so you are FAST on the track

Ordered the book for my husband and he loves it. He reads some of it everyday and is excited for racing season to begin so he can try some of the things he is learning from the book.

Allthough more aimed at Americain types of race classes (at least I presumed) it's still a good read in understanding what happens if you change some thing on your car. While not too overly scientific in it's approach a little bit of knowledge beforehand is useful to really grasp the different concepts. But then again people who buy this book will probably be already be more into the typical stagger and shocks kind of terms. So there you go: a concise book on the different aspects of setting up a racecar.

My husband has been racing dirt track cars for 20 years. He is so happy I bought him this book! He said though he has several books about set up, this book is the only one that has all the info in terms he can fully understand. He said the pictures and diagrams are perfect for the average weekend dirt driver and the simple straight forward vocabulary is great.

I would recommend this book to anyone who races dirt track Very easy to follow and understand. I like the break down in the back for conditions that happen on the track and how to deal with them.

Not what I thought it would be to basic not enough Information how to go racing it only tells you the common sense

I had been hoping that this book also provided some pearls of wisdom for circuit racing I.e cars that turn right as well as left.For oval racing and dirt track racing in particular, I think this book adds value.For me sadly not and felt the title and discription spiel isn't as clear as it should be.

Great book that keeps it simple.

Very good content and easy to understand. Only complaint is the text could be smaller and that would be a lot less pages.
