If you work in a factory then this ear/mic are not very good
I got this for work and I have to say that I am disappointed with the quality of it was for personal use it maybe better but as for a commercial application don’t waste your money

Works for me.
I am not impressed with the single corded design. I prefer to have separate mic and earpiece cords. Other than that it works well.
