They smell and taste awful
As the title suggests these vitamins smell and taste awful. They have a plastic type smell and flavor to them. Some days I dread taking them. I have been opening a pack and letting them air out overnight before taking them the following morning.

these pills tear up my stomach
I quit taking these pils because even if I took a pack over an hour time period, they tore up my stomach. I quit taking them because of this. I wouldn't recommend them at all
