Just works
I bought one of these years ago for my first electric car. So when our family got another plug-in hybrid, I ordered another one. They fit both of our plugs and just work. So much better than setting the plug on the ground or trying to drape it over a fence post or shrub. Do note that the holster is designed such that the plug sticks straight out. I wanted the holstered plug to be closer to the fence so walking nearby we would be less likely to bump into it with a shoulder, so I mounted the holsters at a 45 degree angle down.

Needs tilting 45 degrees...
This product fulfilled a need for my J1772 plug-in when not in use. I mounted it very quickly on a 4 x 4 supporting pillar which is very close to my car. My only wish is that it were at a 45 degree angle so that it would hang down better. It really should be on the hypotenuse of a L-shaped triangular bracket. As it is, it sticks straight out when in use. As such, it is prone to inadvertent breaking off. I mounted mine at shoulder level to avoid this possibility, but "up there" it's not that easy to grab the handle, either. All that being said, I'm glad I have it and it works for my purposes. I live alone, so there's nobody else to run into it, so it works for me.Addendum: I just turned in my BMW i3 and am anticipating the arrival of a Chevy Bolt. The charging port for the new car is on "the other side" of the car, so I'm buying another one of these and increasing the stars above from 3 to 5 because this has turned out to be a perfect accessory. The best 10 bucks you can spend if you drive and EV and have a charger in your garage.

Ant protection
My original holster was a full standard holster (Clipper Creek), and I often use a separate 120V charger to make life that little bit easier on the battery pack. There was enough time in between uses for the original full-size holster to became colonized by ants... just enough room for an ant colony apparently. This guy, uh-uh, nope, ant-free, not enough room for the buggers. There's certainly no easier to use holster, works/fits perfectly, easy to mount. It doesn't give a rain/snow/freezing rain/sleet cover to the latch release button, but there are no ant issues...

Great midrange EVSE charger
Really happy with the evCHARGE unit, 1 of the best deals for the mid-3kW range versus the $500 range 6kW range EVSE's. Super rugged, long cord & a solid receptacle. Only recommendation would be for the status lights to be more clearly labeled, I had to do the hand-cup over the eyes when I 1st plugged it in to read the status Led's to make sure it was charging correctly, but now that I have used it for a couple days know what the status lights are indicating.

Good quality and value
This gets constant use -about 6 months now- and no problems. For what is essentially a glorified extension cord I am dismayed by the prices chargers can bring and often equaled by professional installation fees. This one seems among the best for value. I wired it myself but don't take chances unless you are competent!I have a Volt and this charges at 3.6kw - the maximum allowed. If I trade up to a Bolt or other all electric car I would likly want a higher capacity charger. Think about that before you settle on a particular model. I made a nice box to house it outside my barn.

Tidy plug holder
Looks great and keeps the plug nice and neat on the wall instead of dangling. So easy to install, just 4 little wood screws and 5 minutes.

Excellent charger for Chevy Volt!
I bought this about 3 mths ago to charge my Chevy volt. This product has worked flawlessly. The seller was excellent and the product arrived quickly and exactly as described. Other than the cover for the end of the plug busting off (expected it though based on previous reviews) it is a great product. Would recommend to anyone requiring a cost effective level 2 charger for a Chevy volt

Good Product, Imperfectly Sized for Nissan Leaf charger
Does its job as a holster for my Level 2 Portable Electric Vehicle Charger by ReadyCharge (240V) - Faster Charging Speeds - Compatible with Chevy Volt, Ford Energi, Toyota Prius & Plug-In EVs but after a month of usage it's clear that the holster is not perfectly sized. It leaves room for my charger to jiggle around a bit. Not a big deal, but also not perfect.
