Q: What product should you use for wrinkles?

I use Judith Williams retinol products . No reaction and really makes a difference to your skin .

Q: Are the roller heads a one time use? My instructions advice you can’t reuse the roller heads?

You can use it on yourself more than once, just make sure to cleanse the roller with alcohol and then rinse with water and air dry before each use. You should replace the roller heads every 3 months.

Q: How often should I use the roller?

If you're using on face, I've read various reports saying every 3 or 4 weeks should be OK.

Q: What are the best serums to use with this?

I normally go for Hyaluronic Acid Serum as pure as possible. I found Vitamin C Serum stinging, having said that I’ll use it in between dermarolling when skin is not sensitive.
