Works great , but careful in the sun.
Typical Rotopax quality which is great. However if left in the sun with gasoline in it. It will start to expand. I have needed to vent the can a few times because it appeared to have started to build pressure. But no leaks and its held up great.

Very well made - seems rugged
This one gallon tank weights more than my standard 5 gallon tanks. It’s definitely made to take the abuses of travel. No vapor release - take care opening in hot weather - the spout, an engineering disaster, has already been replaced. I’m rating the tank - the spout gets zero stars.

Easily transportable on the rear rack of my 2021 TW200!
I really like the quality of the tank and available mount to haul an extra 1 gallon of fuel on longer rides. Peace of mind goes a long way when there are no gas stations around on backroads when exploring coastal mountain roads in Oregon. These are a little pricey but they are very well constructed and serve my needs.

Eases Your Mind
This is a very affordable product , easy to mount (Mount it anywhere !) no leaks , no trouble getting a leg over it and especially , when you see that Peanut Tank Chopper out of gas along the road , YOU MAKE A NEW FRIEND ! This Gallon of gas back there Eases My Mind when I take that road that isn't on the GPS ! Ha!Ha! I'm 75 so I'll probably never head out through the Desert again , but if I do , I have an EXTRA GALLON OF GAS !

My Choice for a Gas Can to Carry Across the Country.
This Gas Can should last a Lifetime. Out of All products I've Reviewed, I think this is the Best!!I wish I could give it 5+ Stars, but Because of Government influence on the build of the product (EPA and Restrictions) a few minor items kinda suck. Not Roto Pax fault. No Venting, and the Fill Spout design. Now you will read a lot of reviews on the Fill Spout. I actually have no problems with the Fill Spout once I figured it out. Venting is a problem. I failed to vent as per Roto Pax recommendations. Gas Can went from Seattle Wa to Floridia. Riding Motorcycle in 112 degree weather for 15 days, over mountain passes, and back to sea level and I forgot to vent. My buddy pointed out to me that the can was swollen. It looked pregnant. I released the cap and vented. Wow! Under a lot of pressure. I then vented every day on the trip, which was a pain in the butt. The swollen shape returned to normal after a few days.So I modified their product when I got back home from the trip. I drilled a hole and installed a manual vent cap. Now all I have to do is turn the cap once a day when riding in hot weather. It only takes a second. The way their product sits now, EVEN with the original Pour Spout I would rate it a 5 Star Product. Just a Note: If you have the Gas Can secured with a Roto Pax Bracket and it swells up on ya, good luck removing the can. Just saying. I now use Rok Straps to Secure mine. They slide easily under the molded handles perfectly.

Very nice to have
I bought both the tank and the mounting system. It works out very nicely. I did not experience any issues with the spout. Very happy.

Incredibly tough and heavy!
This was expensive - only thing I don't like about it. We bought it for our side by side and works wonderfully. It will last for years!
