Chicken Blaster - Nintendo Wii

My son came home telling me his friend had this cool Wii game. I saw reviews online that it was an o.k. game. My son made it sound awesome so I got it for him for Christmas because he liked it. I agree with the reviews that it's not an exciting game, it's just shooting chickens, and one could get bored real quick with it. However, I give it four starts because my 9 year old loves it. He thinks the chickens are funny looking and "crazy." Even though he has already beat the whole game he still loves it and goes back for more. So whether this game is good or not is in the eye of the beholder. As a parent I won't allow games that shoot people or realistic animals so if your like me this is a good game to appease a child's desire to shoot and bang things up at something that's obviously not real. If your a parent that doesn't care how violent or real a game gets then I would not recommend it. It would be too boring and seem dumb.

It's a mindless shooting game. I have bought a couple games for that purpose, this game is okay in that context. It's along the lines of the old school NES Hogan's Alley or duck hunt style just a on rails shooting game. I like it, but don't expect much more then a mindless target shooting game.

This game is not even worth a rating . After playing for only a few minutes, the children questioned the purpose of the game. It's just a bunch of chickens flying around in circles throwing eggs at the screen with no rhyme or reason. It's not worth your time or money. If the game were to be given to you at no cost, it still would be a waste. With games of this caliber and others I have seen, it's quite apparent that Wii will not be around much longer! I truly am sorry I invested in the Wii system.

I bought this for our boys thinking it'd be a fun shooting game. Maybe I had too high of expectations because I was really bummed while playing it. I'm giving it 4 stars since my 6 yr old enjoyed it and for the price.

Its an arcade style shoot'em up...not much in the way of thought-provoking or strategy. Load and Shoot to your hearts desire. The chickens on this farm have organized themselves into a rebellious, militant mob. Your job... take as many out as quickly as possible

Not meant for leisurely fun!Its just really fast paced and hard to keep up!My 6yr old gets mad after about the 3rd time starting over.It can be frustrating for the young and the old (like me)

I bought this for my grandson he liked it ok but has already traded it in at gamestop .He got it Christmas and traded in at Gamestop the next week for less than half of what I paid for it.So I am not sure if it wasn't good or if I made a poor selection.

Been looking for this game for awhile. Very pleased with this purchase. It was in great used condition. Received it in a quick manner also. Thank you
