Finally found them
This toilet seat hinge is difficult to find in my location. They work.

Good replacement
Use as a replacement for a UPSA bidet seat. Although not OEM or exact size, it worked well.

Just what I needed
These were so hard to find. I ordered 3 different sets that gave me the correct dimensions but they were not. These fit perfect.

Solid position
These provide a solid connection. Working great. I had a seat that used compressed rubber sleeves to hold it on. And it would move.

it was the wrong part, proprietary design, nothing else fits, had to trash the toilet lid and start over.

Too large
I asked about the size of the head of these screws and never received an answer so I ordered a set for my glacier bay toilet whose bolts had broken and seat was loose. These are way too big to fit. No measurements in pics or description which makes it difficult to determine if these will work with your particular seat. The heads are 2”x1.5”. Don’t understand why the home improvement stores sell several different styles of toilet seats that slide off for easy cleaning yet no one I mean no one has replacement bolts that fit. I ended up just buying a new seat with regular bolts that are sold everywhere for $3.00 more than the cost of the fasteners.

For the toilet.
They are just two toilet seat hinge bolts made of plastic, nothing special about them.They did not work for me because they needed to be larger on the squared part.
