Resistance bands hookups
Mounting these to wall at different heights for using resistance bands to exercise since gyms have been closed. They work great. Just use longer construction screws not drywall screws and make sure you hit studs in wall.

Ordered a second set along with a second set of resistance bands AND an additional 4 handles for always ready various level excercise pulls. Great for maintaining upper body strength after retirement.
