Great Customer Service
I initially did receive a faulty filter. It kept seeping out those black mineral grains into my water no matter how many times I tried to run water over and through the filter. After many many attempts I exchanged it, and received a new one the following day and it worked like a charm! Will definitely buy again!

May 8th, 2024I've been using these filters for 6 yrs.Water always tastes fresh, I do find they don't last 2 months or 8 weeks as stated . Wish price hadn't increased by $9 . 5 star ***** rating due to filter actually works, tasted good, fast shipping. Price is only negative. Highly recommend.

Clean water !!! Without the plastic bottles ….
Filtered water is way better than tap water ,,And you can have that without the plastic bottles , everything good without the bad ..

Great system
I actually had to send back he first one I ordered as the filter would not fit in tightly and the water was running down the side. Sometimes products can be faulty. Overall I like this system, it tastes much better than my Brita and has a much heftier filter.
