Helps me track down shorted house wiring. Paid for itself the first time I used it.
Had multiple outlets in a house one one circuit so I simply wired a plug with three open wires sticking out and went from outlet to outlet and writing the resistance down on paper for each one. As I got closer to the short the readings became less. Was able to trace the short to an outside outlet box.

Good but could be better
Wish there are a bit more filtering of the displayed value...the displayed value jitters +/-8%. Some averaging would help or/and slow down the displayed update rate. Not sure how much it drifts off of 0.00 but I find myself re-checking and zero'ing the reading out using the orange dial disk on the front panel every other minute. Warm up time 2 to 3 minutes??? There should be away to have this unit re-zero its reference itself or have a "zero reference" button. It is a good price for getting 10 micro ohm resolution.

very finicky but better than nothing
better options cost over usd 1000 from japan, etc...you must RE CALIBRATE VERY OFTENto double check your results....you have to be super gentle....but you can measure down to about 10 MICRO ohms...useful in some cases....

Test clips are not very good, needs autozero.
The fundamental problem is that the test clips are not very good and have no teeth to speak of. That means you don't get a good connection to anything you are trying to test. Would have been really nice if those clips came off and had test probes. The other big problem is that the zeroing is very tedious and time consuming. This meter really needs autozero which shouldn't have been that hard to do. If the test clips were better it would help. Also there is continuous drifting of the zero point. If you just leave the clips connected together, the zero point will drift.Overall a very disappointing low ohms meter.
