Good for kid
I purchased this for my 6-year-old child and have noticed it's excellent for mental wellness. Initially, I attempted to try it myself but didn't find it palatable and felt nauseated. My son is 6 n half year old n I purchased it for him but he didn't like it he doesn't swallow it neither he wants to chew as it taste bad. Wish there is liquid form.

The packaging said its chewable so i placed an order for it. Dont order if your kids arenโt old enough to gulp it with water.
