I have bought tines off amazon before and had no problem, but this batch that i ordered from seller was terribly unique. I replaced with these tines and noticed i was not getting plugs hardly at all, i thought maybe the ground was still to cold, it was a little early in the season. But it continued to give poor results, i used one of my older machines and it was pulling normal plugs, i talked to a guy at a ryan distributor shop and he said he heard of that happening to someone else. It doesnt make sense, i cant explain it, but they were not pulling plugs. I have been aerating for over 20 years, more than 10,000 yards and this is the first time ive seen this. I bought new ones from the local dealer, replaced them, and these work just fine . Any one who does this business knows what a pain it is to replace these, so i bought them in the winter and took my time to put them on, then noticed how poorly they worked and by that time, the return window was closed. Got a surprised response from the seller, shocked and confused how they wont work, again, i dont know, but they dont. I wouldnt risk buying these cause it is such a pain to replace them , maybe i got a bum batch, but i wouldnt risk it, too much hassle to switch them out if they dont.

Arrived on time. Fit my aerator as promised Have only used them a couple of times but appear to be holding up well.

And it’s not the times it’s just all the bolts it’s time consuming but work well

The vast majority of these buckled or broke within hours of use. Yea, I know the factory ones are 2 or 3 times the price. That's why I tried them. Left a couple in a customers yard. Thank God they found them before hitting them with their mower.Pure freakin junk. DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE.

Product came well packaged, in a timely manner, and appears to be well made. I won't know just how good they are, till I attach them to the aerator and do a couple of lawns. They will be used in a commercial environment.

These tines wear out fast, aerated 10-15 yards, they wore down, pulling poor cores ripping up the grass and 2 of the broke.

Dull! Don't buy unless you want to waste more money on sharpening each one. Husband tried these yesterday and they are so dull wouldn't even pull out quarter inch of dirt sometimes even not piercing at all with weight applied. Waste of money, now we lost a customer and have to pay extra to sharpen them.
