Excellent value for the money! (Final Update)
UPDATE: Its been a few months now and I am happy to say my opinion of this TV has not changed. Infact I still remain relatively as impressed as I was the first time I turned it on. Having enough time to gauge and actually explore most of its capabilities beyond picture and sound I have to say this has been a very positive introduction to the world beyond 1080p @ 60 and also trusting the Vizio brand's quality (mostly been Sony consumer). I have decided to give my review a final edit to correct or elaborate additional features previously disregarded.************************************************************************************************************************I am rather a conservative techie. Not a big fan of smart devices in general. Besides, I live alone and I am smart enough, I don't need the competition. So I have refrained from getting the latest displays until recently I went down the rabbit hole upgrading my entire entertainment system. Anyway, democracy is big these days and I decided to share my space with this here TV and I was impressed with it right off the bat.Disclaimer: I am no videophile or have any real knowledge about TVs so bear in mind this is as average a perspective one can get.First off the Pros:- My older Panasonic wasn't quite a slouch but this TV's refresh rate and HDR slaps you across the face. The kind of insubordination I can tolerate. The picture quality as far as I can tell is pretty damned good.- I have helped a friend set up his TCL/Roku POS tv once and that thing was a so damned slow to respond. I am quite impressed how snappy the response is.- As seen in the pics attached, this baby came in an actual box despite the disclaimer under the (renewed). Everything was professionally packaged making me think its a brand spanking new TV.- The TV is surprisingly light and quite thin, making it very easy to move around. The installation was rather simple and smooth and I am preferring the height and dimension the TV sits on my desk.-4k hurts my eyes and its use is limited based on type of content so I have comfortably settled into 1440p @60 resolution instead. The pictures look just sharp enough and benefits from better color outputs. If I had a more capable GPU, perhaps 2k and above wouldn't be so taxing on my GPU.- Have to give thanks to the seller AMTONE for surpassing my expectations in terms of quality and speed of the delivery of the product.- Decent amount of display options and settings and fairly helpful tips for most options.- Presets generally get an asterisk if you customize the settings.- Insane amount of inbuilt apps and options that puts my Comcast flex device to shame. I rather like being able to control youtube with just my remote in bed. It also allows you catch a few free flicks here and there with its collection of free streaming apps.- It also has a decent amount of HDMI inputs and out puts that can be used with newer soundbars with EARC technology.- If you are using this TV as a monitor to play PC games as well there are a few tweaks that is recommended to make via the windows 10 color calibration feature (located in the GPU properties via windows system settings). While TVs can make capable monitors, they are tuned to output more vivid cinematic colors as opposed to true accurate colors from a dedicated PC monitor. Often enough the brightness and contrast can be set too high for certain games and dark areas can have spots of stark negative contrasts that can stick out. Also in the input picture settings turn on true colors 4:4:4 (if its not turned on already). This makes a remarkable boost in color quality especially on resolutions higher than 1080p.Cons:- Yes the sound is not bad for what it is but its not great either. If I were you I would couple this baby with a soundbar. I found one from vizio for 45 bucks.- For those that really aren't all that familiar with newer TVs, the options can sound quite enticing but the end results can produce unflattering results. In my case the images were too sharp and the backlight was almost blindingly bright especially in daytime settings in a game. Rebooting to factory defaults improved the results quite a bit. Don't just turn or max everything out, using the default presets is a good start before getting familiar around the settings.- Additionally, presets cannot be reset to default settings with a button. I had to reboot the entire tv settings to default and then have to link back into the apps.- While there are a lot of options, most of the Apps barely bring any new content to the table beyond the main ones. If you don't watch much TV, they are all varying degree of useless. Although VUDU seems to have a decent collection of mediocre movies compared to the other apps. But I bought the thing for my PC mostly so this isn't really a ding.- Unfortunately, 120 FPS is only available at 1080p. 4K is restricted to 60FPS. Someone more involved in their gaming experience might find this a deal breaker but I am largely gaming at 1440p @ 60 so its good enough for me. Besides my 5700xt might not be capable of gaming at 4k on max settings without some compromises- I bought this TV originally with 1080p gaming in mind and while it works as advertised I have noticed the image quality at 1080p is drastically inferior to my older LED that maxed out at 1080p. It seems this tv works best on higher resolutions (despite higher framrates) than 1080p and the HDR features are more significant on 1440p and higher resolutions. This stands to reason that newer Tvs are better capable of outputting higher resolutions than they are with settings lower than 2k. Sort of like how games in SD look better on CRT monitors than LCD/LED flatscreens today.

Its just great. Nothing would tell you this is a refurb
Perfect. Arrived in a timely manner. The picture quality is super. Lots of HDMI Ports so I can connect all of my streaming boxes. The remote is easy to use. Really a great tv. I wanted something similar to what I had only 4 K and this is just the ticket. At a great price.

Good value
This is actually a pretty great tv for the price. Picture is good, easy to navigate, has all needed smart features. The only issue is some strangeness with the backlighting. When the screen is on and the picture is black, it isn't a solid of even black. You can see the mottled lighting peeking through. It doesn't bother me, but I imagine it might bug someone. But, like I said it's not some top of the line fancy tv, just and all around nice, good value one.

Great tv
Great picture quality, the speakers are not great but you get that on a lot of modern tvs. Looks great when used with Xbox series x. All in all I am greatly happy with this TV.

Received TV badly damaged. No QA before reselling.
Terrible quality control. Upon removal from the box a small piece of the bezel fell off in my hand. I almost returned it immediately but decided to plug it in and see if it worked. It powered on but the screen is badly cracked and there are lines across 1/3 of the screen. There’s no way this TV passed any kind of quality check.

Great but missing one extremely important thing
Awesome tv but was missing one very important item the power cable luckily I had a spare one from my old tv but that is still unacceptable for a tv to come without the one thing that makes it work so much I had to drop 2 stars picture quality is amazing I can play games on next gen consoles at 1080p 120 fps or 4K 60 if I want great price but before ordering I’d make sure I have a spare power cable for the tv
