The Aviary: Holiday Cocktails

This is a very well made book. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The recipes and instructions in the book are incredible! I've made several of the drinks now (they do take some time) but everyone has loved the drinks, I even happy people asking to pay me to make batches for them. I highly recommend this book if you're trying to step up your mixology game and make some great holiday drinks. Enjoy!

I made only one drink, The Fulton Club Punch, with its Raspberry Cardamon Ice Block, that melted in the punch bowl, and constantly changed the flavors of each drink. It was a hit at Thanksgiving! That one drink recipe was worth the price of the book. (I used Brut champagne to counterbalance the sweetness of the punch). With planning and patience, one can certainly create a drink with such nuances, you and your guests will be wowed!

I loved every recipe in this book. Some used ingredients you never thought you would put in a cocktail. And they were superb. Some of the more mildly manner fam couldn't wrap there heads around a few of the creations. They were delicious none the less.

This is a great book that takes a lot less work than the main Aviary cocktail book.

Love the cocktail ideas. Many are far too ambitious for home use but a very interesting read nevertheless.

I bought this for my son and he absolutely loved this book. Great recipes. He is a bartender so this helps them out a lot

One of my favorite cocktail bars in the US! Thankfully much more accessible than their main cocktail book which is super expensive.
