I have a large Chest Freezer in my garage, that hadn't been defrosted for a long time and was ridiculously frosted up. I thought that nothing on earth, besides hot water would shift the ice inside. My husband who had last defrosted the Freezer, warned me that I would need buckets and buckets of hot water to get it clear of the solid ice that had built up inside. But i decided to try one of the De-icer sprays, as well, that I had seen on the Internet. I bought the 4-pack thinking I would need to use all 4 as the Freezer was so very iced-up. Imagine my surprise when I found it working on the ice almost immediately - and best of all, I only needed to use 2 cans. I must admit that I placed just one bowl of hot water in the freezer hoping it would speed up the melting process, but there was no need to do so as the ice just fell off in chunks. In no time, I was able to clean and return the contents of my Freezer, still frozen solid, as when they came out of the freezer. Thanks again for the use of this product. I would recommend it.

Product did what it’s meant to do. Had to use 2 to cans though. So thought it would be quite exspensive to order some more. Other than that it was good.

You have to switch of your freezer to use this product so you might as well defrost it and don’t waste your money,

You have to turn freezer off so you don’t need this at all

I only bought this product because I was desperate to defrost my freezer. I hate doing it so I thought I’d have help. Unfortunately this product was useless. I used four cans on my freezer and no defrosting happened. I had to run a fan heater on it in the end.
