We use this primarily as a soccer dummy and it works great for that. The kids also punch it occasionally (mostly when I have my back turned). I put sand in the bottom and filled the top with enough air to stand up without sagging but not rock hard. It's been outside for a few months withstanding the weather, kick with a soccer ball and bump (and on occasion, children jump on it). Its easy for the kids to move around as they need to position it for a drill or game they make up. A fun unexpected surprise is that we can tell how cold it is in the morning by looking out the window at it. When it gets cold it sags over but straightens up when the air warms up and expands. As the average air temperature has dropped I've topped it up twice to keep its shape during the day. I've avoided filling it up rock hard because if the temperature warmed a lot I'd be concerned it would be too much pressure and cause a leak. I wasn't sure this would last given some other reviews but I've been pretty happy with it.

It’s advertised for adults too but let’s be honest unless you have absolutely zero muscle you’re gonna send it flying water base or not, it might have done better staying in one place if you could fit more water in it. Also have had to air it up each time I’ve used it due to another whole which don’t even get me started on how hard it is to find a puncture. No matter how many times I think I’ve finally patched it sure enough another one comes a long, that or it can’t hold air for more than 8 hours. In my opinion it was another one of those click bait mistakes if there was even a teen hitting the bag on the picture and not a full grown man I 100% would not have purchased. It can be good for speed and hand eye coordination but that is if you can hit it without sending it 10ft or get it to come back at you without readjusting I regret getting it everyday, don’t waste your money unless it’s for your 8 year old kid maybe even younger lol

It was for my baby girls. But it broke the first week not so good material. But for the price I think it's fair.

Not worth the money, cheap material

This was discounted when we bought it so for the fun the kids had with it, I would buy one again.They decided to use it more than a punching bag and ended up ‘teeter-tottering’ so the area between air and water broke and water went throughout the entire bag, which caused it to not stand up properly.They still loved it.

Took a moment to blow it up. It only last last less then a week. Not sure how it was punctured my son is only three and can’t do that much harm. Overall I was happy about my purchase my son was in love with it. Hey say wants to do karate so I bought this item and he proves to me he was serious.

Leaked air after a week of use. Now won't stand up. The small air pocket between the top and the stand.

For me, this item was perfect. It is cheap, it is not made to last, and it won't take a punch well..but I use it to practice form. I use wrist weights and my own resistance to strengthen my core while working on form. I don't have a space big enough for an actual sand punch bag, so this one fits my limited space. If you need one to actually punch, don't get this one. If you need something casual to work out with, this will do the trick. I suggest if you are to actually hit it with force, put it near a wall. Otherwise it won't bounce back to the standing position.

The product quality is very poor and water gets leaked after using 2 days. Not worth of 100 INR also. Please don't waste money by purchasing this item.

I bought it to work out，actually It is very poor quality. I had to put something heavy in the base，water or sand. but the water leaked and destoryed my floor，but it was hard to put in sand through the air vale. so I have to buy anther one to box.

Size was good but it failed to hold up to my 6 year old grand child who use it for less then 3 months under supervision of just punching, no kicking.The bag gradually started to leak air and became totally deflated within 30 minutes.Site of the item (Bag) does not show Seller's contact is no where that I could find.
