Budget radiator that works
The description and some reviews say that it's for manual transmission only, but it fit and works perfectly fine in my 2010 Civic LX Coupe (315,000 miles) with automatic transmission. The OEM radiator does use a 'quick connect' fitting for the lower inlet while this AUTOSAVER radiator simply has a fixed inlet for the hose to clamp to. This can be both a pro and con for the AUTOSAVER because it was impossible to realize the benefit of the original 'quick-connect' as it was hard-stuck to the original faulty radiator and would not disconnect. I would've had to buy a new quick-connect fitting anyway. So the installation of the new radiator was simplified by just hose-clamping the lower radiator hose to it, the same way that the upper radiator hose just clamps to upper inlet. And even with a new quick-connect, the radiator hose still has to connect to that fitting with a regular old hose clamp. So in my case, the absence of the quick-disconnect lower inlet was a pro. If your quick-disconnect releases easily, you may want to buy a radiator that has that feature and can accept the OEM fitting and keep things original. I didn't care on this very high-mileage vehicle. As for performance, the new radiator is working perfectly and is leak-free after 1 month and hundreds of miles. This was installed during colder temperatures, so hot-weather cooling performance will have to be judged later. Looking at the side profile, the aluminum core of the AUTOSAVER radiator appears almost half as thick as the OEM one, but the sides on the OEM could just make it appear as it has more volume. Both radiators would have to be sliced in half to make a fair comparison. In summary, I would judge this as a budget-friendly replacement radiator that fits and works...for now. If I don't update this review, then the hot weather (100°F +) performance is probably acceptable, too.

It's a little small and the temperatures are too high
This product is smaller than the OEM One by about half an inch also when I ran it my temperatures were always around 200° to 205 f and that's a little high so I replaced it with a TYC radiator that is definitely not smaller than the OEM One and it cools it to around 185 so I'm not sure what was wrong with the auto save radiator I suspect it has inferior metals and it is definitely shorter than the original one
