My mother is paralyzed and has zero use of her hands. I want to get her something where she can call/ video chat anyone easily. Will this work?

Did you end up buying this? My father is paralyzed and I am wondering how it worked for you. Will it focus on him in the room without him walking around? Or does it only focus on movement to find the caller.

Can you remove the power adapter once it is inserted?

It needs to be continuously plugged in to operate the device.

Can it be used as digital picture frame and the source of pictures is from usb?

I'm not sure about USB. But you can set it to pull from any of your photos on FB. I have an album that I add pictures to and it pulls them from there. It is very easy.
