I love this fan. It's the thrd REIGA ceiling fan i've purchased; one for the den, one in the living room, and one in a bedroom. It is sleek, elegant, and very very quiet. I've never had to use it beyond the 2 setting and that moves the air confortably. The quality is apparent in its design and the fact it has a DC motor. The remote is simple and easy to use. The veins are of a durable plastic which makes the fan light. And speaking of light, you have a choice of three modes. All in all I recommend this fan to anyone looking for an attractive, contemporary and reliable fan.

I purchase a home in 2024 that had one of these fans already installed. I liked it fine, so bought a couple of additional ones to replace other fixtures. These are attractive, quiet, move air well, and have good illumination with the range of color grades anyone would naturally want. We have them installed in two bedrooms and an open-concept kitchen. They are a good size for any typical bedroom or medium-sized kitchen. We installed these onto existing mounts and not being particularly handy, struggled at first, but after we made an amateur mistake, the installation went smoothly and was not challenging. The mounting process also went well after we made some minor adjustments to the existing hardware. I'm not sure if anyone else struggled with the flexible mounting pad to help seat the top cap against the ceiling, but that was the only thing we had any problem with -- again, likely because of the way our existing hardware was installed. We worked around it by cutting into the surface some and then adhering the lip to the outside of the cup at the end of the installation process. After about a year of these fans working great, the one in the kitchen stopped working -- it appears the remote receiver got fried somehow, possibly through a power surge but tbh we aren't sure. When I could not find an after-market replacement, the seller/manufacturer was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in emailing me back after I reached out, agreeing with my diagnosis, and shipping a replacement receiver and remote at no cost.

Quick recap: Pros Perfectly quiet and in ZERO noise on low. On high both fan noise from air displacement and a very slight hum from motor. Moves plenty of air in a 12x14 room on low (master bedroom so don't need a wind tunnel) Cons Not the easiest install I've ever done. Light both not dimmable nor able to operate from wall switch. I really don't like to be tied to a remote control for my fan. We don't use the light often so we'll live with it, but now I have a dead wall switch. It truly is completely silent on low - love that. I'm a very light sleeper with a slight OCD issue when it comes to noise so zero noise is a blessing for me. I've install probably close to 100 fans in my life (I'm the 'dad' everyone calls to help) and this was not totally easy. If I was able to use the longer downrod there would have been more room to maneuver, but in the end it was not the worst thing I've ever done. The instruction are better translated from whatever county's language it came from than the usual and there is a couple confusing steps that are not part of the plan (on the light fixture section) but most anyone should be able to get thru them with patience. If you start to get frustrated remember dad rule #1 - step back, grab a cold one and go slow. It will get done. Love the style (we got woodgrain). We have had custom bedroom furniture made and it is a natural finish Birch wood - complements very well. The pics here are true to the color received. Overall, I would probably order again especially if I can get the light to work off the wall switch and becomes dimmable. IMO those two items would more than offset the install challenges making a perfect unit. Be well.

The Reiga 52-Inch Fan features a very sleek, minimalist 3-blade design that fits perfectly in a modern or industrial-themed room (looks like a prop from a sleek airplane). The black finish is matte and doesn't pick up fingerprints easily. Installation was straightforward, though I recommend having a second set of hands when mounting to the ceiling. Performance & Noise: The standout feature here is the DC motor. Unlike traditional AC fans that have a constant hum, this is virtually silent on levels 1-3. Even at the highest speed, you mostly hear the rush of air rather than the motor itself. It moves a significant amount of air, making it effective for a medium-to-large living room or master bedroom, we usually only use level 1. Smart Features & Remote: The WiFi integration was a nice surprise. Setting it up with the app was intuitive, and it responds well to voice commands. The remote is well-laid out, and I appreciate the dedicated buttons for the 6 different speeds and the light color temperature. The Light: The LED isn't quite bright enough to be the primary light source for a room. Being able to toggle between warm, neutral, and cool white is a huge plus for setting the right mood depending on the time of day. Pros: Extremely quiet DC motor. Modern, "expensive" look at a mid-range price. Smart home compatible (WiFi/App). Multiple color temperature settings for the LED. Cons: The receiver in the canopy is a tight fit; take your time with wire management. Bottom Line: If you want a fan that looks like a high-end designer piece but actually has the "smart" tech to back it up, this is a fantastic choice.

It's a high-quality product, but it's not perfect. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: [1] Reasonable price. [2] Good design aesthetically, and from an engineering perfective. [3] It moves a lot of air, and it is quiet. [4] The DC motor is probably 30% more energy-efficient than an equivalent AC motor. [5] The remote control is functional and easy to use. (Mine comes with 2 AAA batteries.) Cons: [1] The installation instructions are poorly written, so the buyer is probably better off skipping them. [2] The installation video on the Amazon order page is illuminating, but it only covers the most straightforward steps and omits the more complex tasks. [3] The fan rotation hesitates for about a second when it's switched on. (I believe this is characteristic of DC motor fans as it is also the case with another, much more expensive, ceiling fan I have.) So here are the tips for a successful installation: [1] The first task is to install the hanger bracket and connect your house's electrical wires to the connector terminal on one side of the hanger bracket. You will need a narrow flat-head screwdriver because the tubular plastic connector shields have a small diameter. Finish this step first, or you will have many frustrations when you try to hang the fully assembled fan. [2] Choose one, and only one, down rod. The 5-inch one already has the hanger ball fastened, but you can change it to the 10-inch rod. I used the 5-inch rod, but it's harder to work with because it leaves little room between the canopy and the hanger bracket. [3] Do not force the plastic connectors. They go it only one way. If they don't snap together smoothly, they are not aligned correctly. They will break if too much force is used. [4] The remote receiver goes into the hanger bracket, resting just above the hanging ball. That's the only way it will fit; otherwise, the canopy will not cover the hanger bracket and the wiring.

If you like to hear humming, if you like a good wind storm, this is the fan for you. I hate it. I replaced a perfectly good fan to change the style. I sooooo regret the decision. It hums loud enough that it is sleep disruptive. Awful! It has 6 speeds. I see no use for the 6 speeds. I can only use the lowest speed, occasionally I use the 2nd lowest speed. On high, I can literally feel it, like it blows my hair around, standing at the doorway. 6 speeds are useless if I can only use 1. Thank God for the remote so I can switch it to winter mode at bed time. The lowest speed is too windy for sleeping. Worst part, I contacted the seller to see if they could recommend a fix. Yeah, no response. This is is not what I would expect from an Amazon vendor. This is one to stay away from. Bad enough that I would have to pay someone to take it down and reinstall a replacement, after paying to have my good fan taken down and this garbage I installed. Beware, you will get no support from this vendor. There are so many to chose from on Amazon. Pass on this one. UPDATE The seller did contact me and we worked hard to resolve the issues. Ultimately it was determined that the fan had an issue with the motor. The seller offered a full refund which I accepted so all has been resolved.

Although this fan met most of our requirements, I hesitated from buying it because of some seemingly annoying characteristics mentioned in other's reviews. I went ahead with the order and am now very glad I did so, as Reiga appears to have quietly addressed many of the annoyances -- a good sign. Yes, the instructions are poorly written, but using the pictures and some general common sense and experience (I had no prior experience mounting ceiling fans however) I was able to mount with no big problems. The fan is very quiet and works very well with only a slight wobble at just the highest speeds, and the flexibility offered by its 6 speeds is nice to have. Some improvements noted/other observations: - As noted by others, the mounting bracket screw holes do not line up with common electrical boxes (they're further apart), so I simply mounted one screw into the electrical box and the other into the ceiling joist that supported the box with a wood screw. - The light now looks to be dimmable (though a limited range of brightness) in addition to having a selection of 3 different colors. The brightness choices were good and even the brightest setting was not excessively bright as reported in previous reviews. - The unit now has a memory so it keeps the fan and light settings when power is removed (like turning off the wall switch). E.g., the light only comes on when turning on the wall switch if it was on when the wall switch was turned off previously. - The instructions now clearly show placing the remote receiving unit in the ceiling bracket, something apparently not shown in the previous instructions. - As others have noted, if you have enough room to mount using the 10" post, doing so will make hooking up the fan and wiring to the mounting bracket much easier. - Probably my biggest complaint is that the remote doesn't allow you to increase or decrease the fan speed with a simple up/down button -- instead you have to select a specific speed from 1 to 6. Pretty minor complaint, but sometimes you don't know which speed you're on, so it takes a little trial and error to get to where you want. Note that there is a little slip of paper included in the remote control bag that's the only place you'll find clues to what the remote buttons do.

So, let’s just admit they saved money by using Google Translate for the installation manual & packaging instead of hiring a native English speaker to translate. Fortunately, there are videos on You Tube to decipher the installation instructions. What we must give credit to Reiga for, is bringing these DC Motor (30% of the juice of AC fans) fans, with great designs, and fantastic build quality to market at half the price of Minka Aire. I have installed about a zillion ceiling fans in my 60 years. Including a 50 lb antique Emerson from the 1920’s. Installing a ceiling fan has basically been unchanged since the 1920’s. But Reiga has rethought the process from the ground up, and it works. For example, instead of giving you a grab bag of screws and a chart to figure out where they go, these fans have the screws in place. You simply take them out and put them back in. Brilliant! So, I bought the black/gold because I wanted the App & Alexa compatibility. And you need to know: Smart Home stuff is NOT for dumb home people. But pairing it with the Smart Life App was pretty easy, but you have to translate “blinks” to “beeps”. And then adding the Alexa Smart Life skill was breathtakingly easy. Long story short, forgive the Chinglish. These fans are well built, aesthetically pleasing (the gold is NOT tacky, it’s muted, somewhere between shiny brass and gold. And you could paint it over if you want.) My only hitch: I had it all hooked up, the light was working but not the fan. I re-paired the remote with the fan (instructions said hold down 6hr button, but I only had 8 hr button, so did that) and it came to life. Proud of these kids, truly the next generation in energy efficient cooling. Helpful Hints: Light Kit Finish: I bought a 3rd one for the bathroom. Gold wasn’t the right finish, but for now, they only sell the black and gold version with Smart Life and Alexa features. Solution was fine grain sandpaper (800 or higher) to remove the gold finish from the light kit, and chrome polish for shine. The metal is good quality. You can see my hacked “black and silver” version in the 2nd pic. Also, to remove the Reiga label you just need to cut the double sided tape. Then use WD40 to rid of the tape & glue residue. Pairing the Remote: On my first fan, the remote would control the light, but not the fan motor. Following the instructions to pair the remote fixed this. The other 2 fans did not have this problem, the remotes worked perfectly out of the box. Adding to Smart LIfe: I can see why they are starting with just model. This can be finicky. I am a smart home addict so I powered thru it, here are my hints. #1 Once you get it added to Smart Life you are home free. The integration with Alexa is flawless. That said… Fan #1 I just followed the steps and it all worked. Fan #2 I tried over an over and no luck. So I turned off the 5ghz radio on my wireless. Still did not work. After that, I cut power to the fan (in my case, they aren’t switched so this meant keeping the ladder up and removing one of the power lines from the harness and then putting it back.) After that, paired immediately. Fan #3, did not pair initially either. So, turned off 5ghz, reset power to fan, and then started “add” process in app and it worked. I am not sure if turning off 5ghz in the router was the solution (which might be a bit advanced for some folks) or if starting the paring process right after connection to power is the fix. Someone should try just resetting the power and advise. One other thing to note - the Smart Life app will ask if the accessory you are adding is “blinking slow” or “blinking fast”. In fact, the fan does not blink, it beeps. And it beeps fast, so pick that one.

En primer lugar, el servicio de REIGA es EXCELENTE, la relación de precio y calidad es indiscutible, muy buena. La atención del vendedor es la mejor que he tenido. Sin yo solicitarlo se tomaron el tiempo de escribirme y darme todas las indicaciones, explicaciones y manual para el manejo adecuado del ventilador. Esto se agradece, porque nunca ningún vendedor se había tomado la molestia de tomarse el tiempo y eso se agradece enormemente.

Muy bonito ventilador y funciona perfecto de forma inteligente o con el control. La verdad que ha superado mis expectativas pues es silencioso y bastante poderoso para generar viento. La instalación fue más sencilla de lo esperado y las instrucciones se me hicieron claras, creo solo no especifican que tienen 2 opciones de tamaño para el poste que va del techo al motor. Todo llego muy bien empacado.

Este ventilador de techo es muy bonito, reconozco que cuando lo compré lo hice porque entendí que las aspas eran de madera, lo cual no fue así y reconozco que me desilusioné en cuanto lo abrí, son cierto tipo de plástico pero con un muy buen acabado, y también por el timer. El producto es muy bueno, muy silencioso y produce suficiente aire desde la opción 1 y 2, en mi caso no he necesitado mas de tres. tiene 6 velocidades en total, a partir de la velocidad 3 el ruido que provoca es por el aire que desplaza. El control remoto tiene timer de 1hr, 3hr y 6 hr, como dije antes, también fue lo que me motivo a comprarlo porque en la noche me resulta por demás conveniente. tiene tres tipos de luces, blanca, warm y un tono azulado y puedes también controlar su intensidad desde el control remoto. La instalación como dije fue más de paciencia porque el instructivo deja mucho que desear, no importa si lo lees en ingles o en español, esto pasa siempre a todos los productos CHINOS de AMAZON, desafortunadamente con todos los productos es lo mismo; es cuestión de paciencia. La instalación la realicé yo solo, fue algo pesado, recomiendo si sabes de electricidad que te ayude alguien, si no lo mejor es contratar a un electricista. En el video trate de mostrarles lo alto de la velocidad y las tonalidades de las luces. además es reversible, es decir que en tiempo de frio, lo giras en contra de las manecillas del reloj y te mantiene tu cuarto caliente, claro que mucho ayuda que tengas alguna opción de calentar adicional. finalmente, les confirmo que sí lo recomiendo ampliamente. saludos
