Easy to put together. Strong, great height, comfortable.

I have had this chair for four years so have rated it highly despite the problems, though I don't think it should break after four years with normal wear and tear. At the very highest setting, this chair was perfect - I would say that the maximum height stated is a bit higher than the reality.It is hard to get on and off the chair without using the arms. One has just broken off. I am not particularly heavyweight, well in the healthy weight range and average height.

Sturdy and well built. Comfortable and good back and arms support. Easily adjustable height. Great for a workbench or stand up desk height.

We bought this chair for our Reception in November 2019, so we haven't had it even 1.5 years and its unusable and unsafe.The hydraulics stopped working, so the chair just went down all the time, and then never came up again and today a screw feel out of it looking like it had been sheered off. Poor quality indeed. Shame as it was comfortable and looked nice.

Bought this chair for a new home office, to be high up to see put of a window. Delivery was exceptional, it arrived within 2 days, well before the expected date. Unfortunately the first chair was faulty, but having gone back to the supplier, their response was excellent. I reported the fault on Friday afternoon and having agreed a replacement would be sent was told it wouldn't be dispatched until the Monday. As it was about 4.45pm by then I was happy with this. Overnight on Sat/Sun I received an email saying the chair has been dispatched, it arrived by lunchtime at lunchtime on Monday - well done for customer service! Now the chair, it is comfortable, and lovely and high. The footrest is a bit flimsy so I try not to put my whole weight on it but having said that, for the price, you cannot complain. Over all I am very happy with it. It gets5* for customer service, 4* for the chair.

Really pleased with this chair so far. It's quite a cheap chair but the quality seems fine, looks good and comfortable.I bought it because I am installing a standing desk to try and look after my back! So I needed a tall chair and this one has a great range, going nice and high. It's very easy to assemble with clear instructions and looks great!
