If the bottles shake around in my purse, it causes the capsules to rub together and probably some powder comes out. It's rather butter from that, but otherwise, you can't really taste it.

I order this product because I was having symptoms of hypoglycemia. With in a few hours of working, I would become very weak and shaky. I would feel like I was going to pass out. I would get nauseous to the point I would have to leave work early. I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now and the symptoms have subsided. Also I’ve always had a horrible digestive system but since I’ve been taking this supplement, I’ve been pretty regular. I’ve even lost a few stubborn pounds. I’ve had it about two weeks and it appears to have lowered my morning waking blood sugar a little. I’m taking many other supplements so I can’t be absolutely positive. But I tolerate the product well and will try at least another bottle.
