Works very well with our trailer making it easier to position properly

After installation I can pull a fully loaded trailer with 1 hand with ease. Easy on & off, as on my trailer it must be removed when towing as it hangs to low when backing up an incline. Kicking myself for not buying this sooner.

Low rating primarily because the item shipped is NOT as pictured. The one in the item listing shows a much studier frame. The one shipped (see attached image) has a lighter frame, and is priced at 1/2 ($27.99) what this item is listed for ($49.99)

The product is stout but the collar is too short and the pins holding the caster to the trailer jack stem are too low so the collar deflects too easily and would break off and damage the stem. if I continued to use it.
