Hi everyone I hope you are well and you have an amazing day!Where do I start with this review?!?! Hmm... let's start somehwere at least....So...I needed a mattress, as people often do once in a while and the one I had was not as supportive of my back as it once was. So I looked at some mattresses online, not just Amazon. I even looked at some in stores from John Lewis to IKEA. In the end I thought of buying this one. The price was decent, bearable and not extortionate. The quality seemed good and the reviews not to bad either. So I decided to go for it, whatever happens, happenes.. Anyway once ordered and confirmed, I just couldn't wait. Finally my back will have support, I'll have some good sleep and perhaps for the first time in a long time be satisfied with it.I got the delivery and we took it up and followed the instructions to open it. But this was not as expected. It was the WRONG SIZE!! I checked on Amazon and behold, I ordered the wrong size. I have a small double but accidentally ordered a standard double.I messaged customer service to ask what to do, if they can take it back as it is brand new and unused. But for health reasons they said they can't as they cannot give open mattress to anyone therefore they would throw it away. I really didn't want to waste it and kept assuring them that its unused and I had not even sat on it let alone sleep on it. They offered me some discount if I kept it but the problem is I have no space in the house for it and so I would need to return it. The person in customer service, Erin, was so helpful. Always responding to me quickly.Anyway long story short, Erin sent out another mattress to me but kept some of the difference which I didn't mind. This time I measured it beforehand and sent correct measurements. The mattress came through quickly and once opened it fit perfectly. I cannot explain the happiness in my heart. If I could I would hug Erin so tight to thank them! Thank you Erin. You're a life saver!Now the question of the mattress I didn't want/need. As agreed with Erin I said I'll donate it and so since I only have 1 bed in my house, I had no use for it and didn't want to waste it, so I donated it. I asked around and found someone who needed a mattress but didn't think about a new one so I gave it to them for free explaining what happened and which company it was from, so if they liked it and ever needed to suggest a new mattress to anyone then they should suggest Vesgantti. I said if they didnt like it then they should donate it since I know not everyone needs a soft/medium mattress. Others needs something more firm. They tried the mattress and were in love with it too, and told their family about it.I said to Erin I will write an honest review and if I didn't like it I would have mentioned it. The mattress itself is soft, fluffy and very supportive. I sleep on my side, back and front sometimes and it supports me always. My lower back doesn't hurt as it once did so its helping to slowly relax and relieve the pain. At first it seemed a bit too supportive but as the days went by, it was just my body adjusting to the new mattress.Overall I love it and I am extremely happy I bought it. Erin was so helpful and I would definitely recommend this mattress and this company for anyone in the future. I'm sure they sell other mattresses which are more firm or softer if thats what you require but I believe I ordered the best for my body. I bought this to replace a mattress I got from eBay which was too soft and caused back issues.I was so surprised at how good this mattress is- it is supportive and comfortable- I have never slept so good. You can feel the quality of the mattress and it looks like a hotel mattress.

Bought this based on the reviews. First impression - arrived in a box & my initial thought was I am going to send back as I have never had a mattress delivered this way. I opened the box & was still not impressed due to the thickness - looked more like a mattress topper than a mattress. I cut away the plastic covering on the mattress to let the mattress roll out & breath. I watched the mattress grow in size - depth raised to 10 inches. holds my weight comfortable and I am 10 stone in weight, doesn't dip at the sides and I could comfortably sleep on this mattress although bought for my granddaughter's room at our house. My granddaughter is sensory Autistic so therefore I was a bit apprehensive in this purchase but she loves the soft feel of the material & said she had a great night's sleep - she is 11 years old.If you are wondering whether to purchase this mattress I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Delivery was also quicker than expected. I will be purchasing a double in the very near future.

Great value. Good quality. Firm but very comfy. Well made. Would prefer if it had lifting handles to facilitate changing bed.Please note the double is a very heavy item. Its vacuum pact which make it easy to carry. However i am a big fella and would have preferred a mate to help me manoevre it. Not a criticism but something to plan for.

Came vacuum packed but expanded quite fast upon opening. Left 24 hours just in case though. I was worried at first because i have arthritis in most joints and it did feel very firm when it was put on the bed. That evening though was the most comfortable nights sleep I'd had in a long time. It also doesn't have that 'roll together', so when myself or my husband move it doesn't affect the other person. Some people have mentioned that you can feel the springs through the base of the mattress and although this is true it does not affect it really as it is not a duel sided mattress so is not meant to be turned over. The comfortable padding is only on the upper side. We have had this a few weeks now and it is still comfortable to sleep on, very pleased with our purchase
