Everyone should have one.
I use it to hang from a tree and stretch only. Helps you truly let go of your spine and feel what it is like to let go of your muscles. Cannot imagine life without it. Enhances chiro sessions or any other release treatments you are having. In time I probably won't need anything else. Keep the top of the sling as low as possible to pull and stretch coccyx - don't know of any other way of being able to do this effectively.

Very happy feels safe and secure even when hanging upside down, have been using this within the gym prior to buying my own and I def stretch further and feel more comfortable by end of the first use it eased off a lot of lower back and knee muscle pain amazing

Just as described. Or better! :-) ..Shipment arrived to Sweden in a fair time. Just over a week ..I use it mostly for stretching and some for "strength".

Poor quality nylon rope attachments
This appeared to be a good basic yoga hammock, a bit small but ok to start. I broke my foot shortly after buying it so couldn’t use it last year. It was packed away carefully and re hung again last year. I hopped in and next minute I am on the floor! The nylon rope that attaches the hammock to the straps a broken clean through. Luckily I was ok, but this could have led to a very serious injury. Be very careful if you buy this product.

Mostly great, but beware cheap and dangerous hammock rope
Fantastic swing for the first year, used intermittently. After being packed away for a few months i decided set it up to sit in the hammock. BEWARE! The nylon rope holding the hammock is of poor quality, both sides broke without warning. Luckily i wasn't upside down. From the other reviews it seems I'm not the only victim of this. I shall purchase some higher quality new rope to use with the hammock as everything else seems ok with the product.

Broke after 6 months of regular use. Very dangerous if you hanging.
This hammock broke while a student was upside down on the hammock. I used it on the recommended way Not safe not good. Company refusing to refund me.

How can I find out how to complain
No easy chains/rope cane with it or any instructions on how to set it up, attach it or use it!!!!!
