Just what we need. Excellent Service. Arrived much earlier than promised.
About forty years ago when visiting Germany I bought a set of two Pressure Cookers. The pots are still in excellent condition, but the handles gave up. So I ordered a new handle, not knowing if it would work or not. The design was different. However, as mentioned, I bought one and was over joyed to find out that it works perfectly. I couldn't believe that an item shipped from Germany could be in the USA in less than two weeks.EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Works but slow
My original WMF handle was twice or three times as fast, depending on how full the pressure cooker is. this works but is significantly slower building up pressure and maintaining that pressure but gets the job done.

it had been assembled wrong and would not work properly.
i bought the item as a replacement for my pressure cooker as there was a problem with the handle part of the lid. Well, first off, it did not work right. It did not line up correctly and had been assembled wrong. I took it apart and and put it back together to get it to function. (I had the original handle to use as a model). Okay so that worked. And then when I was going to throw the box away, lo and behold a small chip broken off the new handle was floating around in the box..I am going to glue it back. So overall, I would say that I would not recommend purchasing replacement parts for this brand WMF from Amazon.

Han cambiado el diseño, pero es el original para la olla Perfect Plus. El anterior duró unos cuantos años hasta que se ha caído al suelo desde la encimera y se rompió.

Perfect replacement part
Our pressure cooker lid slid off the kitchen counter and the handle (15yrs old) smashed. I was pleased to be able to get a replacement part easily and quickly, just an eye-wateringly price tag but I couldn't find it cheaper any where else by the time postage was factored in. New handle fits and works perfectly!
