Just what I wanted to access several amplifiers and devices to a single set of quality speakers; engineered to access one device at a time to protect speakers; also functions in the opposite configuration to service multiple speakers. This is a sturdy well made quality device for the consumer. Surprisingly, I found this product and its market-place seller through a different seller in Amazon who did not stock it. Amazon is not only a business, it is a community with helpful participants who are customer oriented. I am impressed.

Quality feel
I'm only giving it 4 stars at the moment because I have not had the chance to use it for the purpose I bought it. I think it warrants 4 stars just based on the quality build of the product. I have no doubt it will suit my purpose just fine. I base this opinion on the design alone. I'm actually considering the purchase of a second one in order to chain them together. I will of course wait until I have used this one first.

Multi source in, one set of speakers out!
Yes! This is what I've been looking for, I only however have only three sources plugged in, not the capacity of 6. Out can also be used for one source in, multi-speaker out.

Big problem easily solved
I have three vintage amplifiers, two turntables, open reel tape recorder and three cassette decks and wanted and wanted to hear them just through my Infinity Kappa 8 speakers. Voilá. After a dedicated search, this device provided a fast, clean and undistorted solution. Just push a button....Marantz. Next button...Sansui. Carver is number three....and I have space for three more amplifiers. I couldn't ask for more!
