Nice set
Nice calipers. Long needles. Came with lots of pouches…to protect it? Light gold color metal, not silver color but I don’t mind. The ruler, I don’t know how to use it to measure the heart rate on it, but rest of the measurements are helpful.

helps me visualize whether the rhythm is regular or not
I was worried this would be too nerdy, but picked the brain of some other clinicians who said they used it to. As I get older and my eyesight gets a little bit worse, I can use all the help I can get to determine whether the R to R intervals are consistent. Whereas you can see an obviously irregularity without help, this helps find subtler differences more easily.
