This is so simple to use! It can do so many different kinda of exercises on many parts of the body! It is well made, comfortable to use and helps me with my ab work out ! I also love the ability to use it as a bike and change tension easily!! Worth the purchase!!

I just got it today! Is small just what i need it dosen't take much space, i like how it has the twist, it has the instruction and you dont have to assemble it comes fully assembled, you can do many different exercises.

This is a brilliant, convenient little home-workout machine, and it’s fun and does the job.Also this is portable and foldable, easy to store in the house (or office). When you need to use it, just unfold it and tight the spring up, boom ready to go. The intensity is depending on how tight the spring is, and there are three levels that you can choose from.I’ve been using this for sit-up, push-up, and core twist workout, so far so good.Another reason I like this product is the material is synthetic leather, which makes easy to clean.

I just received my Wonder Core Twist machine today and tried it out. I have to say it's wonderful especially doing the situps . I always had a hard time doing situps but with this machine I can do them with ease. I am female 5' 1" weighing 114 lbs . The twist motion on the seat goes with your body when you hold the handles and go from side to side working your abs. Just make sure you do a warm up exercise before using this otherwise you will put stress on the body. I would highly recommend this Wonder Core Twist. Give it a try!
