I've bought an electric heating pad before to apply daily on my lower abdomen to improve blood flow but after my husband tried it for his lower back pain he's been using it more than I do. So I had to buy a second one for myself.This pad is very easy to use. Control is self explanatory really. The leads are very long.Heats up really quick and all functions (temperature levels and auto shut-off) work well. The pad itself is very soft.

Couldn't recommend this item enough, I love it. The material is soft and the heat settings are perfect, number 3 gets very warm and is perfect to help my back pain. I like that it's size makes it easy to move around with you. I use it both in bed and on the sofa. It has a safety cut off after 1.5hours, another handy feature.

This provides some relief from persistent back pain.

Be careful, it can get uncomfortably hot!Works so well to relieve sciatic pain but if you lie on the heart pad I dont recommend using it on the max setting (3) as it gets so hot it feels like its burning my skin. Some people will like this but for me it's a little uncomfortable.

wow just recieved a have sciatica in my back.was using heat patches but was working out costly and not as effective.tried hot water bottle but didnt cover all lower back and they went cold after a while.was sceptical esp as 20odd pound at xmas time but after reading reviews i purchsed.fadt at heating up like superfast.very soft good quality better than expected, and back is alot more settled having a good continuous heat.defo recommend u wont be disappointed xx

I got this back in January and it's been fantastic but its just stopped working and it's only September. I've always used it correctly and I'm really disappointed it has broken, must not have been as high quality as I thought. I would contact the manufacturer to complain but can't see where to do so

Bought for my wife's shoulder and back pain, found myself using it as much as she does, really nice size and love I can put my full weight on it in comfort(unlike a lavender heat pack) used for reoccurring lower back pain and really does provide some nice relief, have even fell asleep on it a couple of times, also perfect if you're just cold

Very easy to use, Heats up really quickly, had no idea how good this helps with my back pain. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of Pain Relief
