terrible laptop
Got the laptop setup, however once I went to the internet it was all in Russian. Could not switch to another screen. return

Easy Installation
I just ordered this laptop because I needed something with at least 16 gigabytes to replace my 8 year old laptop. So far, I'm very impressed. The installation was so smooth, and it's processing speed is great. The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is that the keyboard does not light up. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this Dell laptop.

Great laptop.
This seems to be a great laptop so far! I've had it for a month or so.Only issue is that it arrived with a tiny little black spot in the screen in the upper right hand corner. Not too annoying but I hope it doesn't get worse or something.

Don't buy from this person!!!!
I was sent an old computer that wouldn't even charge. The last update was 2021. It cost me over $700 dollars.
