Ok...we have had our Trifo for over 3 months now. I chose the Trifo because of the option to wet mop the floors. Don't buy it for this reason. I have decided it just is not heavy enough to press down and really get them clean. I have tried putting a bit of apple cider vinegar and simple green in with the water and still the floor is dirty. It does a good job of sweeping the floor, but if I had it to do again I would definitely buy a robot vacuum with a memory. It spends most of its time spinning around confused. It often just gives up when it is finding it's "home". Although I have figured out the app. if it has missed an area when I try to send it there it will give an error message saying that the area is unknown. Yep...that is why I want you to go there!! Get to know it please!! Since this is my 1st experience with a robotic vacuum I can't say if I would have gone with another, but my first foray in to the world of robotic vacuums has been unimpressive.

I liked it while it worked. Never could find it’s docking station and was getting stuck everywhere. I’ve had it about 3 months and it stopped working. Can’t get any support from the manufacturer. Would not buy again too many problems. Here it sits and can’t find docking!
