Easy and effective
Product is easy to use and clean. Step up your burgers by buying one of these and using fresh ground beef. It comes out amazing and this makes it so easy.

Easy to use
Excellent product, excellent value. I can press about 7 pounds of hamburger in less than 20 minutes with this. I use a special method, though. I place the piece of hamburger I want to press in a sandwich bag and partially close it, then place the bag with the soon-to-be pressed burger (now in the bag) in the largest press, press it, finish closing it, and the burger is pressed, ready to freeze with no cleanup, except for my hands.

Handy little tool
Handle unscrews to easily but works great for making IQF venison brat patties and venisonbreakfast sausage patties. Best used cold and dipped in cold water to keep meat from sticking.

Perfect
I have been making hamburger patties by hand forever and just decided to look for something like this. This was a great price and love it. Made my burgers uniform and so easy to use. Why didn't I get one of these a long time ago. Worth it

Makes great patties
Hamburger Press Patty MakerI have been making my patties for years using my hands. Recently I realized that by doing this I was making concave burgers, which means the edges cook faster than the center part. So I decided to try a patty press.I am so glad I did. This particular press makes consistently symmetric patties that cook evenly. I have used it several times now having made many burgers and each one was near perfect. My stack of burgers for a recent party looked very professional and cooked terrifically. Some very nice things about this kit. There are two presses one for “normal” larger sized burgers and one for smaller burgers. All the parts stack into each others for easy storage. The kit comes with circular pieces of parchment paperfor the larger sized burgers. There are none for the smaller burgers. The parchment papers works very well to easily separate stacked burgers. This even works if the burgers are prepared in advance and then frozen. Pulling one burger off the stack was smooth and did not damage the burger. The press works pretty well. I weighed the amount of meat I wanted for a burger, placed it in the press on top of a piece of round parchment paper, pushed the press down and generally made a nice symmetric burger. The process isn’t perfect. A lump of meat placed in the middle of the press might not press down perfectly symmetric. I found that pre-pressing the meat by hand made for a better patty. Some people might say that this is extra work, so why use the press? For me at least, getting a symmetric patty is the important part. I guess if I was a perfect hand patty maker, that would be faster, but I am not and I really like what I do get.One other minor issue was that if you press too hard, some of the meat might squeeze around the press. Not a major issue and the one or two that came out that way still cooked very well.Clean up is very good. The press is made up of four separate pieces. When done with making patties, I just separated all the pieces and cleaned them in the sink. I don’t think the material the press is made up is dishwasher safe. But I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher even if it was.Overall, I really liked this press. I would recommend it to friends and actually look forward to using it again.

Nifty little thing that I use when buying bulk meats from costco
the only reason it’s a 3 star is that the meat tends to stick and when you pull it out it loses the shape which is why you bought it in the first place. It’s ok for what it is, handy way to make your hamburgers

Very Impressed!
I’ve used this product to make sliders, burgers, stuffed burgers and bean burgers. It is well made, cleans up easily.Does exactly what they claim and all stores together in a compact plastic design. For those who complain about it sticking...if you read the instructions it tells you to moisten it before putting in the meat or whatever you are making, you can also use cooking spray if making veggie burgers.

Very good press but -1 ⭐️ for useless slider press
It’s cheap but surprisingly quite effective. I purchased two presses at the time, this one and a metal one that I assumed would be better since it’s more weighted. Wrong. I made burgers twice this week and this hands down made it a breeze. Now I want to point out the not so obvious- the slider portion is kinda useless, because as you can see from the cleverly edited video, you have to over load it to get any compression on the meat as the so called press DOES NOT PUSH INTO THE MOLD. I’m almost certain they had to use something else to press in there before showing us the end result. It literally just sits on top of the rim of the mold and can only press the meat directly if it’s over flowing. I don’t like that cause I don’t want patties that thick, nor should I have to over fill it to work. How hard was it to make it the right size for the top press to fit into? I don’t really care how convenient it is to store in the lid if once I take it out the lid it’s useless. And I really wanted to use the slider part but oh well, I will have to find a better product for that.ALSO- the pics are misleading as the presser has only a smooth surface on it while the bottom is ribbed, so no you will not have grooves on the top of the burger they will only show on one side. I do not like when people advertise products in ways that they do not intend to sell. The main attraction works just fine though and really made light work of my process. I would still recommend this press just be prepared to look elsewhere for slider use.
